Maria, I want to invest in your whole coaching program but I don’t have the money. Do you offer a la carte services?
While I’ve been exactly where you are right now, I know that when we feel called to an opportunity to invest in ourselves and we choose to have faith and say, “Yes!” the Universe always takes care of us. Here’s a personal example:
A few years ago, I invested $4,000 in a life & business coach and then I invested in ITN. My husband said that he fully supported my decision and that he believed in me. He also said that I would be responsible for coming up with the money. I put the investments on a credit card. Although it was scary, I chose to have faith in myself that was stronger than the fear. And guess what? The Universe sent me business that more than provided for both opportunities, and I rose up to the occasion with my growing confidence & skills thanks to my educational investments!
Once we get you to a more confident place in your life, business and leadership platform, the sky is the limit for your earning potential!

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is confidence! That’s why I don’t offer a la carte coaching for a session at a time. I know that transformation takes at least three months and it’s best for you to get the full experience so you can lead in your business and life with more confidence, joy and ease.
How come your program doesn’t include pre-made modules, templates, cheat-sheets and blueprints like other programs I’ve seen?
Pre-made video modules, templates, cheat-sheets, blueprints and checklists are helpful and valuable. And, if all women needed to gain confidence to lead were those video modules, templates, cheat-sheets and checklists, so many more women would already be leading in business alongside men. Information is everywhere today! All of those blueprints are out there and I’ve found that many sensitive coaches have invested so much money in them and they’re not working. And the reason why they’re not working is because they’re not addressing—in a supportive, intimate space—all of the blocks that prevent women from taking the steps outlined in the blueprints.
The key is holding space for women, especially highly sensitive women. It’s about giving personalized coaching support at a deep level and providing loving accountability so you can begin risking imperfection and failure, transform your sensitivity into an asset and blossom (one step, one day at a time) into a confident, resilient businesswoman who is comfortable BEing your beautifully sensitive self to connect with your tribe of ideal clients.
So when you enroll in my program, I partner with you and work for you. That means that if you want a checklist, template, cheat-sheet or video to help you succeed, ask me. First, I’ll coach you to see how we can best create a checklist or template that is going to work for YOU and then I’ll deliver it with love!
Why did you share private information about your family’s mental health struggles in this video?
For a few reasons:
1. One of my life’s missions is to help break the stigma of mental health shame. Shame needs secrecy and judgment to grow. My brother who battles a gambling addiction has given me permission to share his struggles publicly in the hopes that it will help others. I LOVE my family and hope that someday shame will be lifted and peace will be rediscovered for all. Individual family members have been making progress these past couple of years and I’m proud of them.
2. Back in January 2016, I was experiencing a painful sore throat for two weeks that I thought was strep. I was taking all kinds of immune boosting supplements and it wasn’t going away. In fact, it was getting worse. My naturopathic doctor, who’s also an energy healer, muscle response tested me. She found that my throat chakra was blocked and the emotion coming up was “untruthful.” You see, I had been being a perfect girl my entire life by burying all my family secrets, and the energy blocks were manifesting as physical health symptoms. I knew it was time to share my voice and speak the truth, not from a place of judgment, but from a place of love, compassion, surrender and freedom. Btw: when my naturopath cleared the emotion of untruthfulness using a technique called NAET, the sore throat went away instantly and didn’t return!!
3. I want you to understand that you too can stand in your power as a perfectly imperfect & beautifully sensitive woman, leader, coach and business-owner no matter what your background is, or what family hardship you’ve experienced. I will meet you right where you are in a judgment-free space, and empower you to create your own action steps to lead and serve with authentic confidence in spite of the chaos that may surround you.
Maria, what’s your coaching philosophy?
I want to empower women to coach, speak, write, lead and serve on their own terms, while trail-blazing their own paths. I’m a coach first, a mentor, speaker and author second. So I believe that the answers are found within a person. It’s about empowering a woman to trust herself to create her own path, and take small steps to develop the confidence to put herself out there. I can share my experiences and I’m happy to if you ask, but rather than me just telling you how I did it and what you should be doing, I would rather coach you to determine what is going to work best for your message, your business and your work/life values.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching packages?
Yes! Lots of ITN students & graduates choose this option. That way, you will get 100% personalized attention and coaching support, and we could build the coaching experience completely around your schedule. My one-on-one packages start at $2,000 for a three-month commitment. However, I am extending ITN students and grads a special opportunity to coach with me for three monthly payments of $600, or one payment of only $1,500 if you pay in full by December 31, 2016. Then we can start coaching together in the New Year when you are ready. This heart-centered offer includes:
• 12 private 60-minute coaching sessions
• Sensitive Soul’s Power Meter Energy Leadership Index assessment and confidential debrief
• Private email support for additional confidence breakthroughs in between sessions
